I've had my color hue test thing done for a while and I got a 26, I'm just trying to figure out how to convert it so I can upload it here.

Value

I found this assignment to be the hardest one we have done so far. It wasn't the value part that got me, it was the picture of me part. I'm not quite sure why but it seemed as though no matter how many times I re-did it, it was the closest I could get.

Motion and Space

Illusionistic Space--This picture of the Pixar movie "Up" represents illusionistic space, size. As some of my classmates pointed out, the man's head and the hose nozzle are disproportionate. Also, the house in the distant background is alot smaller than the man at the bottom of the picture. This is due to the set up of the picture as well as the illusionistic size.
Illusionistic Space-This picture of the Hollywood sign represents aerial perspective. This is because the mountains are dark colored and it makes the sign stand out because of the contrast in light. The palm trees on the side of the image also give the photo a nice touch.

Illusionistic Space-The picture of the Doritos bag represents exaggerated size. This is because of the disproportionate size of the chips at the bottom of the bag. Obviously the chips that are in the bag aren't that big.
Illusionistic Motion--This picture of David Beckham represents figure cropped. I didn't circle or alter the image with paint or anything because I found the anticipated motion to be very obvious. This picture could also represent anticipated motion.

Illusionistic Motion--The picture of the Puma represents anticipated motion. This is because the Puma looks as though it is about to jump over the word "puma."

Illusionistic motion--This picture represents repeated figure due to the different colored Nike symbols in the picture. I didn't mark anything in this image because it is the entire image that represents this.

Rhythm Assignment!

The sense I chose was touch.
In this first image my objective was to illustrate gritty/fuzzy.
In this image my objective was to show smoothness

In the third image my goal was to create coldness in the image. I associate darkness with coldness and that is how I came up with this.
In this last image I created hardness. This photo reminds me of stone or a statue.
For my fifth design I chose flowers because I think they represent a silky texture. This also represents alternating rhythm.

Balance Assignment

**PART ONE**

I was kind of skeptical about how the final product was going to come out at first. In the end, I was pleased. It seems simple but fun to look at.

Surrealism

In my collage I used a spider web, spiders, and humans to create surrealism. I made the spiders bigger than the humans to create a "nightmare" image and also a sense of surrealism.
